If you’re not satisfied with any of the MACY MAE® brand items, notify us via email within 14 days of receipt at info@macymae.com. Consumer may be responsible for the return shipping fee. Should you decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours via email at info@macymae.com or shipping charges may apply. No order cancellations or returns on dollhouses (furnished & unfurnished). No returns on sale/promotion/clearance items.
